I’m going to call myself to practice wakefulness while doing the mundane, the everyday to dos. So much rambling in my brain if I’m not careful. I will practice taking notice of my breath, taking a deep breath, a moment to close my eyes, humm to myself, are just some of the ways I keep myself wakeful, grateful. That I appreciates moments, as many as possible, as often as possible!

I’m also going to call myself to practice, I’m going to be practicing doing things I have never done before. I have started playing the guitar, and I will be practicing everyday, and I have actually been practicing every day, loving it! I’m going to be upcycling my clothes, I already picked up more material, tomorrow will have the rest of the supplies.

Plus I’m going to put in the time to make this blog look a lot nicer! Hopefully by this time next week it will look a whole lot better. I’m even using ChatGPT to put together a daily lesson plan. I’ve created my own home school training, and it gets me excited to get out of bed in the morning, I get to be creative all day!
