I never know what the weather is going to be here, this morning it was stormy so I decided to practice guitar, sew, and made a delicious meal today. My cup is very full and content today. As I am typing, I am also smiling, happy, excited, lots of fun, butterflies in my stomach!

I can’t get enough of sewing, thinking about sewing, upcycling is so fun, to utilize materials that would have ended up in the landfill feels great too! I’m on the road of my goal to finish this tote bag by this weekend, I just figured out how to create a handle, I had to stop myself sewing, to do my journal entry, and it was difficult to get myself to stop! =)

I’ve also been having difficulties with my guitar practices lately, Not sounding good I didn’t realizes that it was completely out of tune. New strings and I’m really bad at tuning still, it’s only been a few weeks. So now with a tuned guitar I feel like I was making progress, not giving up and being consistent.

With the new skills I’m learning, sleep has been a little easier the past few weeks. I’m working on going with the flow and allowing the days events to help me figure out what I have time for, some days I get more sewing time, then some days I’m on the guitar more, the other day I cooked all day, and it was wonderful!

Now, I would like to fit in a 30 minute walk and it will be a well rounded full schedule. I’m really enjoying the home school training I put together for myself and what I want to learn to help keep my spirit full.
