Today was a beautiful stormy day, drinking coffee, feeling the powerful thunder, healing vibrational waves, the lightning dancing in the clouds, lighting up the sky!

It rained really hard here for about an hour, beautiful to watch, feel, meditate as I absorbed that powerful energy from the storm allowing it to wash away what no longer serves me, releasing it.

I practiced playing the guitar and singing my song, singing is another new outlet, that is amazing, helping me literally find my voice! (that’s been a big challenge) Learning to project my voice without fear, feeling safe!

Not feeling safe is a challenging place to be in life, you don’t know that, until you know. So grateful for getting the opportunity to feel safe long enough to get familiar, integrate it. So I can release the unsafe feelings, allowing that to fade with the past. Thank you for this understanding, clarity, a knowing that brings peace to my heart, and lightens my spirit.
