So I have been struggling with a sore foot for a few weeks now, and figuring out exercise. I have always done stretching during my every day, including some reps of push ups. Since my foot struggles started, I have been doing reps of push ups, squats, leg exercises, added the exercise bands for arm curls, so far. I usually pick a few of those to do for every bathroom break, it adds up by the end of the day.

Still haven’t bought a scale, no idea what I weight at this point. I know my clothes are getting loose, But part of this journey is to get the remaining 40 lbs off this body finally!! I’m so ready to feel that kind of freedom, freedom of movement!

That’s one of the biggest changes for me, is the freedom of movement! I had no idea how unhealthy I was, you just don’t know, until you know. It’s okay, I understand now. How important being able to move, and keeping yourself healthy.

Doing exercise in a chair, is still exercise. Doing exercise in a bed, is still exercise! I’ve had to adjust through out my health struggles, what is exercise. Just move! Dance, walk in place, just move! Stop overthinking it! The battle in my brain to be accepting of myself in all forms, even when injured has been a battle. I want to love myself into healing, that includes acceptance, of me, as I am today.
