When I think about building trust, I always think about that as an outside myself thing, meaning only building trust in others. Becoming aware, that building trust in yourself is the most important thing you can do. Is be there for you!
I mean were always here, why not be our own best friend, the love of our lives. Take myself out on dates, just so I can do whatever I want without compromise, because it feels good. Cooking spicey delicious meals that excite me, making healthy desserts.
With my foot bothering me, I have been having to figure out a better workout routine. I was hoping to be back to walking by now. It won’t stop me! I’m doing ab, leg workouts in bed, at the table, counter push ups, counter planks, and squats. I will keep adding reps throughout the day. I also have a routine for long road trips, keep the circulation going!
I have been building exercise into my everyday, to form a new healthy habits. Not quitting on myself because I had to change my idea of how to exercise. That’s building trust in myself, knowing I can count on me.
