So I completed an extended fast and I am feeling really good, unfortunately I already had some maple syrup, so I will restart the no sugar tomorrow. Sometimes it takes a few starts to get going, and that’s okay. I’m used to that. It will happen!

I did get some organizations projects done, cleaning done, better energy flow in my space tonight, feels amazing! Sometimes getting my space put back together helps me feel calmer, mentally more clear.

I made some yummy avocado toast today, on sourdough bread, it was a great fast breaking meal. I did drink my coffee black this morning and I forgot how much I enjoy it. I did a lot of reps of counter push ups today, I was focused on that today, maybe more squats tomorrow?

I had an overall good solo day, a wonderful mix of creative fun, meditation, exercise, nourishment cooking, music, practicing guitar, recreating an organized space for mental health. That feels like a successful day, soul nourishing day, thank you to me!
