So today I was very mindful, intentional, I made breakfast! So simple and yet it makes a huge difference, it was a great day. After yesterday emotional roller coaster ride, the calm energy today was wonderful. It’s so important to take care of myself, I forget that sometimes, yesterday was a reminder.

Learning about my triggers this week and how I contribute to them was helpful. Understanding for me helps, so I can pause, then I change my reaction, remind myself that not speaking until I can communicate feelings with my understanding first, can be helpful.

This traveling road tour seems to be a lesson in looking in the mirror, finding acceptance, and releasing.
