I had another wonderful day, I had time to clean, practice guitar, sewing time on my costume, plus time on my stitch bag. I practice and play around with stitches, like a doodle pad, but it’s this hobo bag I have been creating slowly. Lots of meditation, emotions in each stitch.

Sewing my costume has been great, I would like to remember to play too, and my stitch bag is perfect for that. A reminder to myself, having fun makes being creative less challenging. I’m very creative, my skills don’t match my imagination yet, showing up for myself, sewing daily.

I will keep making progress on my costume for now, I get to research hair, and make up, yeah! In my earlier years, I was a cosmetologist full time. After a while I ended up getting an office job, hair has always been my side hustle though for 30+ years now. The hair and make-up will be fun!

Today was a good day, I did have a lot of mental redirecting today. Hoping I was catching most the negative self talk, no tornado today. Grateful
