How to stop looking in the review mirror? How to stop in flicking pain, keeping the score. The past has been reinvented, warped, filtered, releasing has been my way through, and changing my perceptions.
In the end I can only control myself, how I react to any situation. Understanding that takes practice, reminders, redirections. Reminding myself how to fill up my cup has been wonderful practice as well.
I am a beginner in these, feeling a shift, showing up for myself feels good. I have been a good friend to myself the past few days, I did some sewing today, and will continue onto tomorrow. Yes!
