Working out the last ideas to put together the rest of my costume. I have been working at it all day. Cutting out shapes, so many, took a while. Lots of actual sewing too. Lots of progress, I need to figure out the bottom half.

I have been pinning a few ideas together, I love doing that. Getting a visual of my desired outcome, not knowing yet how to achieve that? I will figure it out! I’m enjoying solving each new idea, feels good to use my brain.

Creating all day has kept me in a positive mind set without much effort, love it! I light up when I’m sewing, or talking about sewing. I have my next class coming up this week, looking forward to it.

I’m hoping to find an old workhorse sewing machine, I would like to get some experience so I can figure out what I’m looking for in a sewing machine down the road. I do really enjoy the hand sewing, very therapeutic, meditative today.

Well more sewing and creating tomorrow, only a few more days until Halloween this Friday, Yeah!
