I started the bottom portion of my costume, it feels so good to be moving forward! I have an additional piece of material, cut, pinned, and sew in! I took an upcycled piece and took the hems apart, so satisfying using a seam ripper! I had a long day, a day filled with creating, sewing, lighting me up!

I have sewing class tomorrow, being on a sewing machine is so different then when I’m hand sewing. I’m excited to get a change in scenery, get to be social around other adults. Talk about sewing! Looking forward to learning a lot tomorrow.

We’re also moving on down the road, to the next little town here in Texas on the 1st of November. Happy to be closer to everything, saving time when needing to do errands, that’s is a game changer.

There’s walking trails at the new location, time for me to try going for a walk. Excited, hopefully my foot will be feeling healed.
