I’ve had a long day, sewing all day. Lots more to do than I had realized. I did finish my costume. Not as done as I would have liked. I was able to wear it out. Honestly my costume wasn’t good, but I wore it out anyways. Did my makeup, hair, in like 30 minutes to get out the door.

I did sit down in tears tonight thinking I was going to bow out, give up, so glad I didn’t do that. It was still a fun evening, happy I was able to wear my costume out. I was the Queen of Hearts, I had a lot of make it work moments all day. I feel in spite of everything I didn’t quit, I kept going.
