I have a sewing machine, so excited! I was keeping this little glimmer of hope going, and today was the day! I got to go pick it up, looking forward to getting some sewing projects done. It’s an old machine around 1980s, metal construction, made for sewing through multiple pieces of denim, perfect. It’s exactly what I wanted, not computerized, so I can learn to sew first, fundamentals are important to me.

I’m so grateful I have resources here, I’m going to get an in depth lesson, how to use my new to me sewing machine. I have a few projects in mind that might be great for a beginner.

I feel like I’m moving forward, finally! I’m overjoyed to have this sewing machine, feels like I found another piece of myself!
