I had a chance to play today! I played, stitched on my bag for a while today, felt wonderful to sew. It’s been a while, I practiced guitar. I’m going to keep pushing onward with guitar, I really want to gain some ability, I enjoy playing the chords.

Had a chance to get outside tonight and listen to live music! I love to dance, so much fun. I always enjoy getting out of the house, listening to live music is so uplifting, puts a smile on my face, and a steady beat to keep me moving.

I had a lot of wonderful ways to release any bad energy that I’ve had trouble with lately. Music, movement, creativity, writing, I have been living in the present.
