That’s the challenge, to step forward not actually knowing the direction. To have faith I will know the next step as I am stepping! To let GO, RELEASING CONTROL!

Learning to release control takes so much practice, some days I’m doing great, others not so great. Being aware of so much, retraining my brain to be in the positive. Staying out of the negative spirals, it’s all redirection in real time, being present.

I’m going to keep on steppin, inspire myself to create, with sewing, music, cooking, learning to fill myself up unapologetically. Grateful for this feel good feeling tonight.
