It’s been a day watching movies, I made some yummy soup. I have been enjoying the rest today.

Figuring out the most important errand, using my energy wisely tomorrow. I know it will also help move me forward, flow, create some momentum.

I want to mix up my meals, figure out some different ingredients, change up how I’m preparing meals as well. I’m always using an oven. I have one soup pot, I can make enough soup for two for a few days, perfect.

I think it’s time to bring out the cast iron pan, see how it goes in the space. I’m in a 25′ RV so it takes time to learn how to do things in here without driving myself nuts. Cordinationing preparing everything before cooking, figuring out the order to cook in. I blow the fuse using to much power at once all the time..

I manage to cook in here anyways, I don’t mind the space. The challenge of it is part of the fun. I enjoy puzzles, problem solving, organizing, this RV life allows me to do all these plus some. Loading the fridge after grocery shopping always amazes me, it always fits, barely sometimes!

Looks like grocery shopping is making the list tomorrow. I’m going to be finding recipes for inspiration, that’s always fun.
