My doodle bag has been saving me the past few days, grateful! It’s been challenging mentally the last week. My whole world looks nothing like it did this time last week.
Today was about movement, I went for a long walk. Made myself yummy soup, it’s so comforting when I’m feeling sad. Lots of music, alone time, and stitching on my doodle bag.
My walk today helped with any negative energies that needed release, felt more peaceful, calm the rest of my day. Music keeps me dancing even when sad. My alone time has been very reflective, which helps me to continue to release all of the events that has happened this past week.
I’m ready! I’m ready to find out my next step. Working on turning my fears into excitement, at this point I will move forward sad for now until it fades.
