I have been working on shining the light, to expose my shadows.

All my shadows, any left over I hadn’t gotten too, just flew out my mouth today. Sometimes life is messy even with my best intentions. When looking with in today, when I shined the light, instead of my shadows running for the dark, I could no longer contain them within.

It’s so quiet, my mind is strangely peaceful, feels unsettling at the moment. I am ready for a recharge, it been a challenging day.

God sent me angels tonight, I am so grateful.
