Nope, I am not doing it, I am not giving in! I have been on a long road to where, not sure? All that I know is God has been leading me down this road and I am not backing down!

I have endured so much over my lifetime, that I have been challenged to look at and reflect all the wisdom gained, lessons learned, so I don’t go back to unhealed patterns and toxic behavior. It is challenging, today felt like a mental mountainous marathon!

I am releasing everything that is no longer serving my life going forward on down the tracks. It seems like there is nothing left to release at this point.

I am not going to let this day get the best of me, because I have come too far to turn back! Honestly looking back helps with my gratitude, because even now on a challenging mental day, I still have my calm, grounded awareness to know this too shall pass! Amen!
