It has been a magical day, it’s so beautiful outside. The birds have been singing and following me all morning on my walk today.

I love clouds, big fluffy clouds, dark mysterious clouds, clouds create the most beautiful pictures, glimmers.

Today is all about staying present, joyful, not matter my circumstances. I have learned I can choose to be happy and content, or not. Happiness is not something to obtain from the outside of self. It must be cultivated within, and I feel grateful the happiness chase is over.

I am not saying my life is perfect without challenges, that’s unrealistic, but I choose happiness anyways! The choice is there everyday, I chose joy, I chose love, I chose happiness, I chose GOD!

God and happiness for me goes hand in hand, understanding loving yourself is choosing to love God. I am grateful for the wisdom and understanding. Amen!
