So it was a brand new day today, thank you God! I woke up with breath in my lungs, nowhere to rush off too, so I decided to pour into myself today. I lounged in bed, without the guilt. There’s no one around but me, so no compromising, win!

Went down and soaked in the hot tub, why not? Again no guilt reel in my mind playing, amazing. I even got a message, it’s one of the best ones I have experienced. Without the guilt!

By the time evening came I felt like a whole version of myself again, getting my grove back. Pouring into me, indulging in self care, without the guilt. I’m going to keep saying, without the guilt, it’s such a new mind shift!

Allowing myself to take care of me, I even went back to the fancy restaurant from last night. It was a whole new experience, so enjoyable, they even had a DJ tonight, and yes I was dancing in my chair as usual, enjoying a wonderful meal.

The mind shift, allowing the good, without the guilt! Priceless! God is good, and I am grateful I understand just how wonderful he is! Amen
