I take back my power, my essence, my effort, my tireless ways of proving my worth to people that would never see it. I reclaim my energy that went nowhere, I reclaim the seeds that never came to harvest, from the people that used and misused my kindness, while laughing behind my back. I take back my power from the manipulators, energy drainers, that took without ever planning to give effort in return.

This healing journey has taught me all the ways I gave away my energy, my power, why I started this journey so depleted, exhausted, barely anything left for myself, the ones who were so willing to assist me in total self abandonment. I am breaking the toxic cycles that has ran through my family for generations! NO MORE!

I am calling my POWER back! What goes out must come back, the scales will always balance, and the scales are finally returning all the effort, unconditional love, energy, my essence back to me, from all people, places, and timelines.

I am stepping into the person I have always known I could be. I am a woman of WORTH! I have a strong voice, with lessons and wisdom to share with those far and wide. My energy shifts the rooms I walk in! That is no coincidence, God helped me to understand the power I hold just being myself.

I am no longer going to shrink to fit! I was made to spread my wings and fly! I am rising! I am ready! I call my POWER back!

Thank you God, for seeing me, for making sure I let go of all situations that no longer served me. I stand as ONE, but not alone because I have God standing beside me. Amen!
