Today the day felt heavy, like thick fog. It’s hard to describe, so I just honored that feeling, keeping judgement out of it.
So I allowed myself to rest, laying in the silence, listening to my thoughts, and asking my intuition, internal self questions.
I played some music to break up the silence when it became to much, made myself some yummy soup, and allowed my feelings to be what they were.
Allowing myself to be in this space, I am feeling much better tonight. It’s like the fog from this morning is finally lifting. Just know if you’re feeling heaviness today, it will pass.
Allowing our feelings, accepting them, helps them pass, to be released. Being kind and loving to ourselves is healing.
