I have struggled with self confidence my entire life, I haven’t had much of it, in fact I can’t think of a time period when I did have it.

Pouring into me, reserving all my energy, power, essence, growing the seeds of self love within. I can feel my confidence, I seem to sit taller, walk more upright. I worry less about other people’s opinions, other people’s opinions are actually none of my business anyways!

Quite honestly until recently, I never understood confidence, I have always confused it with arrogance. Building trust in me, trusting the quiet voice within me. Being a solo traveler, has taught me how to rely on my own two feet, all my own decisions. Understanding I can count on me, to do what I said I was going to do.

I am never on this road alone, God’s love, protection, and guidance has brought me here. I feel good inside my own body, as it is today! Self love, confidence, feeling good within, brings freedom, a lightness. It all started with small changes that has added up over time.

My hope is for everyone to feel this freedom!
