So I was asking God tonight, what message he wanted me to convey. God has a surprising sense of humor. He want me to dance on camera, if you’re interested in seeing the dancing I have posted it online. LOL

Seriously, you want to change your mood, raise your vibration, find your favorite song, and get up and dance! If I hear music, even if it’s comercial on the TV with a good beat, I am dancing. I don’t even realize I am doing it sometimes, I will catch myself and giggle.

It’s the best way to get back in touch with your body, be in the present moment, and feel the freedom of movement. Change my mood instantly just by allowing the music to move through me.

I hope you get up and dance, dance however your body allows you to! Spreading joy with dancing! Why not! Amen
