Part of creating a positive mindset is controlling what you are consuming, mentally physically, electronically.
I am here to inspire, inspire you to be your greatest experiment, the things that have worked for me, hypnosis, positive affirmations, may not work for you. I am hoping you will get curious to find out what does work for you.
When I decided I wanted to be a happier me, I started to change everything that was keeping me in that negative mind space. I figured out TV, music, reading, news, and scrolling all needed to change.
Our minds don’t know the difference between real and fake, like on TV and movies. So for me I started to change what I was watching, reading, the music I listened to. Plus I started creating a positive social media experience, just by unfollowing, and finding more fun interests to replace the negative.
Again these are all just the ways that have worked for me. Find what works for you! Remembering pouring into myself, ourselves creating happy people has an amazing ripple effect, specially for the people around us. We all deserve to be happy, you matter!
