Leaving this morning for a day on the road, had to stop and snap this photo! I have a feeling I might be posting a few more of these. lol

On the road most of the day, so lots of time to think, feel, release, repeat over and over. It’s been a heavy emotional week, lots of the old resurfacing, sadness from long ago, somewhere inside my body that just needed release.

As I release, I get lighter mentally, and physically. I have so much going on inside my head that I cannot yet explain or name. I feel the crack forming, and I’m hoping it keeps growing.
