That word lazy is so toxic, and most of the time untrue! It’s old thought patterns passed down from generation to generation.

I’m currently at the beach transmuting pain, old thought patterns, denying the devil of keeping me in old thought patterns replaying in my mind.

If you find yourself in a lack mindset, overthinking, that’s the devil at work, keeping you distracted. Flip the script, starve out the devil and deny him your energy.

Relax, rest, recharge often, it’s the best way to do the work of alchemy, transmuting pain into power.

Get yourself into nature, feet in the grass, talk to the trees. I am taking dips in the ocean washing, clearing my energy body, grounding into the earth with my feet in the sand.

Another way to pour love into me, and honoring God by taking good care of myself. Taking good care of me is to love God.
