I have been a people pleaser most of my life, it’s been a big part of my healing journey.

People pleasing has been running through my family for many generations and it needs to stop.

I was talking to father God about all the layers of people pleasing I have released. One of my most challenging, is when I enter a room or get introduced to someone new, and they are bothered by my presence.

I am an empath so I can feel others emotions, in the past I would go quiet, shrink myself away in a corner somewhere, but I have released that version of myself!

My light inside myself, tends to illuminate what others don’t want to see or acknowledge inside themselves. Honestly what ever is going on with them is none of my business. It usually doesn’t have anything to do with me, it’s what’s going on inside of them.

I have done a lot of work to be my authentic self, and I will allow myself to be me. That means I will laugh out loud, dance in place wether I am standing or sitting, speak my truth, talk about my opinions, my beliefs, without guilt or worry that I am bothering others, again that is none of my business anyway!

Don’t shrink yourself away for anyone, love yourself enough to be exactly who you are, we need you to shine your authentic self! Glow on! Amen!
