I was looking in the mirror today, thinking about the shifts, changes I would like to make in my life. That’s always easier said than done, reminding myself about making sure the voice inside my brain plays nice. Shaming myself into change never works, loving myself into transformation is key.

If a friend, or loved one came to you talking about changes they wanted to make, wouldn’t you encourage them, cheer them on, pump them up! So why not do that for yourself?

When making changes, choose one, working on more than one at a time isn’t easy, changing one thing is challenging. If you’re choosing one big thing, sometime you need building blocks to create a foundation before the bigger change can be accomplished.

The more small steps you take, the more you can trust yourself, and the more you can trust yourself, the more confidence is built over time. The smaller steps is where your power lives, having trust in yourself is priceless!

I was having a conversation with God, and I knew that if I needed a reminder, I was thinking others probably needed it too. God is always there lifting me up reminding me I don’t have to be perfect for him to love me. Working every day, step by step, to make small improvements does make huge change happen.

Remember yourself from even a couple of years ago, how much have you changed? Everyday we wake up is a new version of ourselves, every day!
