Rock bottom is a powerful place to be, that means God has cleared your path, stripped you of everything. It’s not for punishment, it’s to rebuild you from the ground up, with strength, wisdom that can be utilized on your pathway forward.

I have been in rock bottom throughout my life in different decades, and seasons. My most recent is this past February 2026, I was stripped bare of everything, family, friends, possessions, I had two suitcases, and still do am present.

It’s not for punishment, he cleared my path of all the people, places, and things, that were causing me harm, that ment I was solo, fortunately I have my light family, father God, mother Mary, angels, and ancestors watching over me, and still do today, very grateful.

When you start praying for strength, wisdom, God answers, but with situations to build your strength and wisdom. It’s not an easy path, but it’s necessary, I stand in strength I have never known in my past versions of me. I have self love, I have never felt before in my life until recently.

Walking the dark knight of the soul, and coming out brushing off the ashes, is a feeling of freedom that cannot be described. I am creating and posting content on social media. I posted my original post from February 10, 2026, and a post about rock bottom today.

If you find yourself in rock bottom, talk to God, scream, yell, let the tears flow, because it’s making room for all the new. REleasing is part of the journey, Gpd wants to build a relationship with you, he can handle anything you can dish out! Don’t be afraid of being vulnerable that’s just your heart breaking open, and it’s freeing as well.
