I was thinking about that movie Pay it Forward today, and then I was thinking about ripples, ripples of kindness. What are the ripples you’re sending out into the world?

Let’s pay it forward with kindness, it takes nothing to be kind to someone. Look around you, look at the people around you, you can tell when someone is struggling. Maybe a kind word, a hello and a smile, a silly joke to give a giggle to someone.

Society has normalized being rude, so quick to cut someone down, specially on social media. Let’s change that to normalizing being kind, let’s not wait until the next catastrophe, the next disaster to be kind!

Even if you’re in a bad space, not feeling great, being kind can actually spark hope within ourselves. Return someone cart, open a door for someone with their hands full, maybe help pay for those groceries the person in front of you are putting back because they don’t have quit enough to cover them.

Let’s create ripples of kindness, create a movement that impacts society in a good way for a change! God need us to be kind, loving to each other. This world can feel overwhelming for all of us at certain times, if we’re being kind we can help make this world that much more bearable, maybe even enjoyable.

If we all do one act of kindness everyday, that would have a huge impact! So let’s pay it forward! Amen!
