Endings, releasing the old that no longer serves you, the you, you’re becoming, or already came to be. With releasing, with endings, also means new beginnings, it’s all in your perspective.

Releasing isn’t easy, in fact it can be challenging, sometimes allowing yourself a good cry about it, feeling it all, leaning into yourself, looking at the shadow self without shrinking away. The tears water the seeds for the new to come into your life, the new people, places, you just have to believe, allow the spark to ignite and illuminate the darkness.

I have learned surrendering it all up to God, is returned with strength, peace, love, and grace that surpasses all understanding. Fear, and faith cannot occupy the same space, lean into him, strengthen your relationship with God, let him lead!

Anytime I am needing a reminder, I know there are others out there that need one too. Life is messy, there are things outside of our control. The only thing we can control is our reactions to the events in our lives. I know since I have been surrendering everything up to God, life has been peaceful, a kind of peace I cannot explain, it must be felt to be understood. Amen!
