So I have been following my own advice, God’s promptings, and I have been resting the past 3 days. The return on that investment, in allowing myself to relax, rest without guilt has huge returns!

I have a renewed spark, feeling filled back up, and I am just a ball of energy today. Plus my sleep has improved the past couple of nights, that’s a big win for me, sleeping well has always been a challenge.

So today I am getting out of the house, out of the yard! I am going to have some fun today, go out and play. I hope everyone is having a wonderful holiday weekend if you’re in the USA, if not in the USA have a wonderful Saturday.

I hope everyone is allowing their inner child to come out and play this weekend, that’s how we heal, and continue on that journey. Amen!
