What pops up in your head when you read the word Responsibilities? Is it the to do list in your mind, for work, the house, your significant other, the kids, question, where are you on that list?

I hope you are at the top of the list, the front seat of the bus? I know what it is to put myself on the back of the bus, running on fumes, one more pothole and I am done for. I, you deserve more than that!

This journey, pouring love into me has taught me, if I am taking care of myself, My cup runneth over, I have more than enough energy to pour into others and situations.

God is always reminding me to take are of myself, that means making sure I am taking care of my whole body wellness. Sometimes it takes getting to ground zero to realize this, but you don’t have to wait for that.

Start to take steps now, make sure you are doing something just for you every single day! I know you make sure to do that for the special people in your life. Guess what? if something happens to you, the rest of you to do this doesn’t get done.

You are important! Start treating yourself like you are!
