You are the best investment you can make, no matter what the day throws at you always make sure you’re taking care of you!

That means, building trust that you will show up for yourself every single day, feed nourish your body well, refresh yourself, movement is wonderful if you’re having a frustrating day. Have some fun with being creative, allow that inner child to come out and play.

Even when it’s completely inconvenient, take care of yourself anyways! This journey has taught me consistency matters, being there for myself, being my own hero, clapping for me, when no one is around, which is my reality.

Pouring love into yourself is building a close relationship with God, God resides in us all, so when you love yourself, you are loving God! Talk to God, always surrender everything up to him to sort it out for you, he never dissapoints.
