Choosing calm in the chaos, it’s an intention a conscious choice, it what and who you surround yourself with, along with your own choice in how you respond.
You have to be realistic about your environments, and what you choose to consume on a daily basis. When I started down my get healthy journey, I was looking at all the different aspects of my life. It’s challenging to try and change everything at once, so you have to chose one change at a time.
Over the years it has added up to a lot of change, one step at a time, sometimes, time seemed to crawl, but it’s ticking by all the same. I started removing, and detaching from certain activities, or changed in how I participated.
You can hold space for someone, a listening ear, without taking on their emotions. In fact you will be a better space holder, if you stay grounded in your own calmer energy, like a gift for the person you are listening too.
I started eliminating environmental contributors like, TV shows, movies, the news was a big culprit that fed my anxiety, fears creating chaos. Most of the news is fear mongering, the matrix keeps our nervous system in flight or fight mode, easier to control the collective in that state.
Taking steps to free yourself from the manufactured chaos of the matrix is freedom. Learning to stop taking responsibility for what was never yours to carry, that’s old ancestral patterns, curses, that need to be stopped, broken.
So much of our programming is old ancestral curses, patterns, that have been passed down for so many generations. Government programming the masses without any pushback, all because it’s expected We have all become so compliant, when we need to be pushing back.
When I find myself back in the anxious mindset, I alway remind myself to surrender it up to God, he is always there, God gives us the strength, grace, and peace back to us. God wants a strong relationship directly with him, no church needed for that! Amen!
