Movement in your every day life is so important!

Movement helps release any energies that feel stagnant inside your body, mind, spirit, and soul. Doesn’t matter how or where, just matters that you move.

I enjoy walks on the beach, I really love swimming, I took myself to the pool today. It was a good reminder to do what you love to fill up your cups. Movement helps to ease, relax your nervous system as well. Plus the endorphins is really good for a mind reset.

I understand when feeling depressed, sad getting yourself to move can be challenging. That’s when I put on music and dance, that works well for me.

Do whatever works for you, movement is the most important thing you can do to shift yourself out of any funky energy you could be feeling. Amen!
