False Evidence Appearing Real, fear is manufactured, the matrix and the powers that be, create fear based narratives to keep us stuck, frozen. The matrix is happy to keep you in a maze like a rat trying to find the cheese, one of those hamster wheels going round and round.

Instead shift your perspective to Face Everything And Rise! Start staring down the darkness within yourself, stop being afraid of it, become one with it, sit with it, have chit chats with it.

It’s the only way to move forward and start healing your mind, body, and spirit. Facing the darkness isn’t optional, you must do the work if you want off the hamster wheel.

There’s no going around the fear, you can choose to face it on your own, or wait for tower moments when you can no longer escape it. I myself have experience it both ways, and let me tell you when God tells me to stop and reflect I obey, because choosing to go within is a lot less painful, than when a tower moment hits.

Tower moments come with a lot of chaos, in my experience, with pain that I couldn’t escape, but it does forge strength, a gift from God. When the tower moment comes about from not doing the work, that’s a lesson God wants you to walk through, so you understand that living in your ego is a no-no, a non negotiable period.

Reflecting, bring the darkness into the light, learning to balance, acknowledge, love and accept both equally. That is where your wisdom lies, don’t be afraid of it anymore, start building that new foundation. Go through the messy times in your life, all the times you made the wrong choices, the guilt, shame and love yourself anyways.

New flash! You’re not special, we all have the darkness within, yes for different reasons, but a lot of the times, they’re very similar to those around us, you are not alone, in the darkness of who you are.

Love yourself anyways, it made you who you are today right now in this moment, if one thing had been different, you wouldn’t be who you are today. Those mistakes, wrong turns, bad decisions, are the very things that taught you what were the the right decisions, the correct turns, we learn more from our failures than our success.

Success comes from falling, losing, failing, as many times that was necessary, to get you to where you needed to be, it’s all divine orchestrated! You got this! Amen!
