Whole body health journey I have been on since 2017, it has been a dance, a cha-cha with the scale for so long. I am now 100 lbs less on the scale and have been maintaining it for over a month!

So now it’s time to set a new goal, an additional 25 lbs. So I am changing up my routine, nourishing my body with a new food plan, different exercises. Shifting my mindset, the change up in exercises so my body doesn’t get complacent.

I have notice over this 9 year journey, my body requires change to continue reducing the number on the scale. It also helps keep things fresh, new, which is so good for my mind, and spirit.

I get inspired, my creativity ignites with change, keeping things fresh, specially around food. I enjoy the art of cooking, changing up the foods I eat keeps my palet happy. Which means for me that cravings don’t rule me, because the different flavors are exciting.

I am looking forward to this part of the transformation, it’s like putting the finishing touches on a house remodel. I finally get to see how all of my hard work of putting me all back together again from the inside out.

I already enjoy clothes again, wanting to try things on! That is a big milestone for me. Being able to move my body the way I want, fitting in an airplane seat with room to spare, not scared I won’t fit on a ride at the amusement park!

God has been helping me all along this path, helping me, guidance on how to change my eating, and exercise up for the different stages on this path. I wouldn’t be where I am today with God in my life, every part of my life has changed for the better, I am so grateful. Amen
