I ran into hate yesterday, I could feel it in their whole being, it was dark dense, heavey, and they were spewing it towards someone they claimed to love.

Something I have learned is love doesn’t change when angry, we make choices. If you truly love someone then it doesn’t change when angry, you will still be kind, considerate, thoughtful.

My anger, your anger is a reaction not a feeling, identify the feeling under the anger. Take responsibility for your choices in anger, you can choose to still talk it through without trauma dumping onto someone else. This idea that it’s okay to spew it out towards others without repercussions is unrealistic.

That is old toxic ancestral patterns, curses, it is our responsibility to be accountable in anger just as much as we are in easier, good times. I am coming from a place of not being able to self soothes, control my tongue in anger, and it’s not okay, that’s not love, that’s toxic behavior learned over time.

You have to be intentional to change that, it takes time, effort, and it’s so important. Stop spewing hate, it’s never about the other person, they are just the trigger point to look at yourself! That dark, dense hate inside your heart has to be released.

Start to feed the dark density, hate, the light it needs! Surrender it up to God, he will lighten the load upon your shoulders, open your heart to God, let him in! My life is a testament, let God, love back into your heart and watch your whole world transform!

Spewing hate no matter the reason, is never okay! Yes we are all human, we are not perfect, but we also must make ourselves accountable for our actions as we walk through life. What ripples are you creating for your world, because it also touches everybody else’s world!

You can create positive ripples or negative, the energy always shows back up in your life. Do you live in chaos or peace? Before you can reap the harvest of the good, you must first work through bad, no way around that. So start changing the ripples, and over time, patience you will see the positive return to your life.
