I remember having a structure list, of goals, to dos, to get things accomplished threw out my day. When life happens, like it always does, knocking me off my goals, the rigid list, I would have that negative feed go off inside my mind, and most of the time not even finish my goals for the day. It’s a stressful, non productive approach, (trying) failing with honor type of vibe.

I now let my list of to dos flow into my day where they fit, yes it takes some awareness, understanding, experimenting, but I have found it’s a stress free approach. Life happens every single day, unscheduled events, detours all the time. So I have found if I keep my list in mind and work that list into my day, allow alignement to get the to dos done.

I have stopped chasing opportunities, and instead magnetizing those opportunities to present themselves to me. It takes practice, time, patience for the switch to happen. When the switch happens it creates a relaxed flow, alignement like puzzle pieces clicking together, it’s amazing to experience days that are aligned, then when everything is forced.

It’s like switching everything from climbing a hill, to everything rolling down hill. It creates stress free days, which allows your nervous system to calm, creating peace inside your mind and body. Doesn’t mean everyday is perfect, learning to allow the day to be rearranged in the moment, leaving expectations behind, flowing with how the day arranged itself.

This life on the road, continually traveling, has helped me drop the expectations of how I think life should be going. Having faith, allowing God to show me the way, the blueprint of each day, to be glad in the moment.

Life is magical if you allow yourself to see it. It’s all around us, beyond what we can see. Amen!
