Where I am today upon looking back in the rear view mirror, pausing to acknowledge how far I have come.

I am a women who enjoys her own company, content in being solo on this journey, my own best friend.

The love I have been pouring into myself is overflowing. I have been consistent in showing up for myself no matter where I am or what’s going on around me, or internally.

Chaos doesn’t impact my self care routine, it might get rearranged, but I always make myself a priority.

The improvements in my life from the consistency is evident in my improved health, vitality, and energy. The freedom my healthy body provides is priceless.

It’s been eight months since I started this awakening journey, my life at the time was a mess, I was an empty vessel, nothing left to give.

I was sick, my vital energy had been siphoned, not realizing I gave everybody a straw.

Looking back, I realize how amazing God is, he rescued from my mess, and guided me to where I am today.

I am proud of where I am today, grateful, and thankful to God for saving me. Amen
