I have been receiving not so subtle hints from father God to rest this past week.

I know we forget to schedule rest days into our lives not realizing how important it is for our health.

Allowing our mind, body, spirit, and especially our nervous system to get pause, rest, relaxation it deserves. Reset and reboot!

The silence that your mind needs, awareness, reflection, going inward. Check in with yourself, ask yourself some questions, and wait patiently for your intuition to answer you.

Going after your goals, taking care of everything in your life, the go go go is important. With that in mind the rest your body is asking you for is just as important, so you can keep after your goals., and not face burn out!

Burn out usually comes with a cold, flu bug, along with an emotional roller coaster ride. Stop, take naps, ground meditate in nature, nourish your body with nutrients food.

I know I had been forgetting to rest and pour into myself, so I thought it was a good reminder to all.

So schedule that rest day before your body fights back and makes you listen! Amen!
